Super Artificial General Intelligence is inevitable. Machines can evolve much faster than humans, who are limited by natural selection. We need to make humans invulnerable to ensure our relationship with machines is symbiotic and not a winner-takes-all scenario - in which case, we would likely end up on the losing side.

My talk in Spanish on the latest developments and challenges in AI, presented at an event hosted by Vertebra and the Barrié Foundation. This event was attended by nearly 500 people, both online and in-person. In this video, I introduce the latest AI advances to the Spanish-speaking audience and discuss issues such as the implications of AI on society and the ethical considerations of autonomous systems.

Our team won the HPE Tech Challenge, a three-stage hackathon with top universities from Spain. The competition included algorithm challenges, problem-solving, and a 48-hour programming marathon at HPE headquarters. Awarded by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in April 2022.
